The mini choppo in our kitchen series will redefine what you’ve come to expect from the common kitchen knife. This do it all mini cleaver features a 3.2 inch razor sharp CPM154 steel cutting surface.

An excellent multi-purpose cleaver knife for meat cutting, chopping, dicing, mincing, and more in the kitchen or out in the field.
