SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are a small 3 man operation with regular 9-5 jobs. We will work hard to fulfill orders within the next day of order placement unless otherwise noted.

*Some items may ship separately due to availability, including any pre-order items.

  

ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES AND SPECIAL HOLIDAYS

Special circumstances such as national holidays may delay the processing and preparation time as well as the duration of both shipping methods for domestic and international orders by up to an additional 6 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

(These are some of the holidays that may effect shipping lead times. Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.)

BAD HABITS MFG. is NOT responsible for mis-deliveries. If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY with the CORRECT ADDRESS  so we can make the changes for you before your order processes . Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to us, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through e-mail or charged back to the initial card for purchase.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to check with your neighbors, the local postman/ post office or around the property. As of late, USPS has been updating the tracking numbers too early saying "Delivered" but it wasn't. In this case, please wait another few days. Please check yours/your neighbors RING doorbell camera / surveillance as well.  

TAXES AND DUTY FEES

We are not responsible for taxes or duty fees, it is the customers responsibility. We will not lower the value of the product for the sake of lowering duty fees. If in the event that something happens to the package in transit, we would have to make an insurance claim for the value of the item (The reason we will not lower the value). If you refuse your package due to duties or taxes, and the package gets shipped back to us, you will be refunded, minus the amount of the shipping cost we spent to send it out to you. If you refuse the package, and the package becomes Abandoned by UPS or USPS, you will not be refunded at all.
